SHIPPING POLICY

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within New Zealand.

Renee Owen Custom Lash Extensions processes orders Monday through to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday.

Renee Owen Custom Lash Extensions ships via NZ Couriers for shipping within New Zealand. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Orders requested for customer pick-up will be available within 2 - 12 hours except on some weekends and Public Holidays.
